I've reviewed the WebCGM 2.1 — WebCGM Profile and only found only
a couple of minor clarfications or corrections.

  change line 9 to  (added "the" and deleted "it") 
    
   If the colour model is simple RGB, then the (Pr, Pg, Pb, Pa) is

 Same as Model Profile: No
 
 Any restrictions on the parameter value?
 legal values are: hollow, solid, pattern, hatch, empty, interpolated
