As usual, go to the Change Log in the Appendixes, to see at a glance what 
has been done in the document.

There is still some work to do before finished CD02 text.  A good topic 
Wednesday might be:  how to get "from here to there", in approximately one 
more week.  (here=this draft; there=CD02 text for voting).
