RE: [cgmo-webcgm] a bad specification in defaultStyleProp

Yes, I think superscedes is a good way of putting it.  I view CGM as a 
state machine and various CGM elements as global variables that get 
set to an initial value rather than being either undefined or the 
value left to the choice of the viewer.
