In section 3.4 of the current WebCGM 2.1 Working Draft,

there is a glitch in the description of the halign and valign param
elements. Specifically, they are switched; i.e. halign has permissible
values of left, middle, and right and valign has permissible values of top,
middle, and bottom. The figures below the text make that clear.
