updated WebCGM 2.1 Test Suite

Hi All --

An updated release of the WebCGM 2.1 Test Suite has been published.  See 
the index page at:

The changes are relatively small -- see the releaseNotes.html after you 
download and unzip it:

** a couple of test fixes are documented;
** removed some tests that were associated with "at risk" features that 
were removed after CR;
