status reports

Chairs:

I need to bother you again; sorry. As you know, OASIS has just recently
elected a new board of directors, and the first meeting of the new board is
the week after next. I would like to be able to give the new board members a
good summary of the status of OASIS technical work at that meeting, and need
your help.

Would you please send me by the end of next week a short status report? This
shouldn't be more than a paragraph. Please list what your TC has
accomplished (deliverables, drafts, etc.) in the past couple of months, and
your work plans for the next few months (planned deliverables, completion of
projects, submit specs to OASIS, etc.), as well as the number of TC members
and how often you are having meetings. I'm sure I could find most of this
information by digging through the mail list archives, but you should be
able to write up something much more quickly and accurately.

I'll probably be asking for similar information approximately every quarter.
