Subject: Possible glitch between TC Admin tickets and JIRA
Hello chairs, Please share with their TCs as you think fit. It appears that the connection between the TC Admin support request tickets at https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests and JIRA is broken. Members are getting email confirmation that they have created the issue but no JIRA issues is being created. If you created any requests since yesterday (9/25/12), please check at https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&mode=hide&pid=10010&resolution=-1&sorter/field=updated&sorter/order=DESC and see if your issue was created. If not, please send me an email with the particulars and I will create the issue directly. If you are creating any tickets now, use my email address -- chet.ensign@oasis-open.org -- in the field that asks for the TC email list. That will send the form information to me so that I can create the ticket directly. Please let me know if you have any questions.
