Apparently the calendar is private but when you email out updates from it to your TC mailing list those end up in the public list archives. It is possible to uncheck the box that causes the email to be sent.

Where can I store pass code information so that it can be seen only by
OASIS members and not the general public? I thought that only members
could view the TC calendar, but that appears not to be the case.
