CIQ Test Data Set Entity Models?

I'm trying to locate fully populated CIQ V3.0 Organizational Entity and Entity Relationship models for small, medium, large fictitious organizations to generate/populate Cyber-Intelligence DomainTest Data Sets.  Both Target and Adversary entities and relationships are defined using CIQ V3.0 standards.  Actual Adversary or Target organizations cannot be used in public facing Test Data Sets.  While simple representative examples are of course included in the CIQ packages, some actual Use CaseTarget organizations have 100,000s of employees.

Appreciate and references/links to locate existing fictitious reference entity models and/or tools/methodologies that can automatically generate realistic models of same.
