I stumbled across you site as I was looking for a standard for names for an inhouse employee survey. Our development was too far along to incorporate your standard; but we have been looking at enhancing our customer centric database in an attempt to build an extensible environment into which we might transfer several legacy systems resulting from a corporate merger. I like the look of your standard and believe that as that development progresses I may prefer to use your schema instead of the one we had previously defined.
