CIQ TC,

I am back this week from my long vacation. My vacation started right after
the
XML 2003 conference in Philadelphia. Tomorrow I will post the minutes of the
CIQ TC
meeting held as part of the XML 2003 conference.

Meanwhile, I have created a new folder under the CIQ TC web site called
"CIQV3" that
will have all the discusions regarding the next version of CIQ
specifications. At this
stage, Max is helping me out with the requirements document for this and I
appreciate
your comments and inputs once a draft document is posted to the mailing
list.
