Hi Jarmo,

CIQ V3.0 is ready for public review and this will happen soon.
V3.0 of xPRL is expected to be released in first quarter of 2008
or may be in the last quarter of 2007. However, xPIL.xsd of CIQ V3.0
does have the ability to define relationships between parties.
