Please review the xAL schema v3.0 errata document

Team,

I have loaded the xAL v3.0 schema errta package. Please review the errata document and the schema. The package contains:
- The original xAL v3.0 schema
- The errata document, and
- The modified (errata) xAL v3.0 schema

You woruld have received an earlier email giving you the location of the package in the document repository.

The plan is to release this errata with xPRL v3.0 when xPRL goes for public review. THis errata is considered a minor fix and hence, this plan.
