With respect to the definition of Party Relationship in section 1.2
Definitions, the term "dealing" is perhaps a little commercial for, say,
marital relationships. Also, xPRL covers relationship chains as opposed to
just relationship pairs, so it may be helpful to prepare the reader in the
definition.

Perhaps the following language would work:

Party Relationships

Pairwise affiliation or association between two people, between two
organizations, or between an organization and a person.

XPL supports chains of interlocking pairwise party relationships, linked by
common members.
