Just an FYI to everyone - inside the geo xsd imported by CIQ V3 - following this text:

is a hyphen that is the Windows char instead of -
This causes XML parsers to fail when defaulting to UTF-8 content mode.
Obviously a simple change to merely open with a regular editor - locate the text - change hyphen.
