AnilSaldhana(RedHat): the use case document is derived from OASIS IDCloud UseCase Document v1.0

AnilSaldhana(RedHat): currently contains most of the IDCloud text. need to figure out what is relevant etc

AnilSaldhana(RedHat): editors are welcome to volunteer

AnilSaldhana(RedHat): Use Case section 3 lists the use cases that have been collected from the email list

AnilSaldhana(RedHat): Use Case section 4 has use case description changed for use case 1 and 2

AnilSaldhana(RedHat): many of the use cases need to be merged, cleaned up in discussion with the submitters

AnilSaldhana(RedHat): NEC is planning to submit usecases this week or next week
