Hi All,
  some minor legal logistics according to OASIS TC policy.

March 3rd during our regular TC meeting schedule of 1pm EDT - 2pm EDT, 
we are going to follow:

1. Informal Meeting with presentation from Eve Maler on Authorization 
Concepts/UMA. We will not take any minutes or roll call for this. 
Members are encouraged/suggested to attend.

2. Once the presentation is finished, we will hold our regular TC 
meeting at 1:40pm EDT.
