The paging mechanism has been moved into the schema. Data structures like objectInFolderList now have the appropriate properties.

Btw. Gregory: The current schema lacks a few definitions. See http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cmis-browser/email/archives/201012/msg00016.html .
