Subject: Question on CMIS AtomPub Namespace Prefixes
Must an implementation of CMIS use the
exact prefixes as specified for the Restful AtomPub Binding in section
“3.1.1 Namespaces”? When developing in .NET, e.g. the prefix
for namespace http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom
will be “a10” instead of the specified “atom”. The “cmisra”
and “cmis” prefixes will also have other names than specified. Is
this acceptable? I have validated the feeds in http://feedvalidator.org/, which accepts
the feeds as being valid, with a recommendation of avoiding prefix “a10”. Regards, Dennis Nkangi |
