The Draft 0.50 schemas and WSDL artifacts use www.cmis.org as part of their namespace.

This is the actual URL for an domain's website:  CONTRACTORS & MANUFACTURERS INSURANCE SERVICES

Since some tools (inappropriately) attempt to access namespace URLs, this website may receive unwanted hits due our TC work.

Now that CMIS is an OASIS TC, I suggest that we utilize an oasis-open.org-based URL.

For example,  the OASIS BPEL TC uses:  http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsbpel/2.0/process/executable

Perhaps we should consider a base namespace URL akin to:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/cmis/1.0

and append to this base as needed for domain model,  WSDL, and other schemas, such as:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/cmis/1.0/domain

and

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/cmis/1.0/service/repository
