Hi,

I used Amazon Web Services, and I can recommend it.

I use an 'Elastic Block Store' Volume and mount it from within the
'Instance'. Then you can directly read and write there, or use rsync
(I used a cron job to rsync once every hour).

Use an Elastic IPs.
