Hierarchy Extensions to Atom Feeds

I recently noticed in my Twitter feed the following Internet Draft  
which I thought was worth bringing to the attention of the group.

It's a work in progress to "define a mechanism to create and remove  
AtomPub collections using the AtomPub protocol as well as to express  
hierarchies of feeds within the Atom Syndication Format.".

I haven't read it in depth yet, but it's good that others are also  
thinking about hierarchies. Perhaps there's overlap.
