Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (CMIS-216) getRepositoryInfospecifies output schema which isn't used by all protocol bindings

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/CMIS-216?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12741#action_12741 ]

Ethan Gur-esh commented on CMIS-216:
------------------------------------

As per Al's comment, the cmisRepositoryInfoType element is used in ALL bindings.

So clarified in 3.2.2 that "The cmisRepositoryInfoType schema describes the markup that will be included in all CMIS protocol bindings to implement this service."

This way, it doesn't explicitly mention method input/output (so including it in the Service binding is conformant to the data model.)

> Line 2088 - Describes the output schema for getRepositoryInfo, but this schema is actually only used by the WS binding (AtomPub doesn't use it). Is AtomPub binding wrong? Or should this not be here?
