CMIS F2F meeting

For those who were not able to attend today's TC meeting:
- Given the F2F meeting, the August 3rd TC meeting is cancelled.
- As we did at the last F2F, a roll call will be conducted at the
beginning of each of the 3 days to establish quoram. Members who are not
able to attend in person are encouraged to call in all 3 days. For
attendance and voting right administration, the 3-day F2F will be
considered a single TC meeting. Attending any portion of the meeting
will meet the attendance requirement.
