The current domain model allows a provider to return as an optional output parameter a boolean to express if a collection hasMoreItems.  

Many servers may be able to provide additional information about the number of items contained in that collection.  This is useful for applications that wish to support interfaces that let a user know they are viewing item N of Y.  

For those repositories that are able to express additional information about a collection size, we should enable a provider to return this optional data so clients can support this common interaction pattern.
