CSD upload request needed for CMIS Version 1.0 Errata 01

David (and TC members),

WRT the TC's submission request for 15-day public review of the
spec "Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) Version 1.0 Errata 01"
as referenced below [1], I will need a corresponding TC request
for the publication and upload of the CSD whish is prerequisite
to a Public Review Draft.

This isn't a big deal, but since the TC ballot for CSD and the
ballot for PR are separate Work Product Approval Motions [2]
("Work Product Ballot") and require separate processing under
two different forms, the submission request is needed.  I
have done initial work on the (implicit) CSD request based upon
the PR request, and understand what is likely intended, but
TC Admin processing and tracking are separate workflows.  The
need to separate these TC approval events (CD, PR) was explained in
a recent memo to members [3].

For your submission of the CSD creation/upload request, please
use the regular form for Committee Specification Draft Creation / Upload Request
as identified below [4]. It will re-use most of the information
already in your PR submission request.

Finally, just FYI:  I expect the publication URIs for the Errata
documents (in the approval stream) to be as follows, for csd01,
csprd01, csd02, csprd02 (etc) as needed by the TC.  This design
accommodates the need to allow for multiple Approved Errata
against a single OS, and to reflect the progression from
one or more WDs to CSD, CSPRD, and then to a Final Deliverable.
