CMIS 1.1 Working Draft 02

The CMIS 1.1 Working Draft 02 is now available for download [1].
The package contains the draft as PDF, a HTML rendition, schema files and
examples.

Most of the topics we discussed in the last TC calls are now incorporated.
But there are still a few things missing.
The layout has been changed to match the OASIS template. Several examples
in the draft have been removed and references to the external example
files have been added.
