New requirement - facets for genericode columns

I've had a request from one of the investment banks for support in  
genericode for facets, e.g. so that you can limit the length of the data  
in a column.  I'm going to think about this and come back with a proposal  
about how it can best be done and which version of genericode it should be  
a part of.
