to be presented before October 15, 2007

Tony to polish draft second Committee Draft of the genericode specification
Tony to post changes from first Committee Draft
as a summary document for use in directing the
comments of the second public review

Ken to work on another renamed draft of the

second public review started October 16, 2007 ending October 31
prepare to discuss a disposition of the comments
received up until the time of the meeting
prepare for a motion to discuss on the mail list
any comments received after the meeting and
before the end of the comment period
prepare for a motion to accept a disposition of
comments after all comments have been discussed,
effect any agreed-upon changes, and agree to
submit to OASIS staff on November 7, 2007 the
version for the vote to approve the document as a Committee Specification
when Committee Specification is reached, and with
three Statements of Use in hand, the document is
submitted to OASIS for approval as an OASIS Standard
submissions for OASIS standardization are due by the 15th of each month
we don't yet have three organizational members
prepared to submit a Statement of Use, so we will
wait until the 15th of a month following the date
we receive the third such document
