The BAP has been updated to include fields as discussed with the relevant references.

I have checked the Kantara IPR terms - they end up at the same place as ours but there is an opt-out process at the committee stage for 45 days. It just means that we have to be careful on the timing of our drafts and perhaps we need some advice from Chet.

I have looked at the other documents - the RPE talks about consent but there are no contradictions so I am happy to leave this. The COEL model needs some entries for consent and I suggest we need a whole new Sub-class under Services / Legal.
