Attendees: Joss, Paul, Toby.

We acknowledged that we have received
statements of use from Activinsights.

We discussed editing the TC public page
- Joss has made changes that have not propagated, he will discuss further
with David.

We discussed writing a paper for IJPDS
(COEL-195) and we may reach out to allied OASIS TC chairs who may collaborate
or provide input. We discussed writing a few 'mini papers' for internal
discussion to build to a proposal for a publication: we can address a number
of COEL benefits, privacy, atomisation, classification etc. before deciding
the main focus of a publication.

We noted some members of the TC are
not available for committee meetings during August. Toby suggested we could
setup working meetings on the same or a different schedule to discuss ongoing
actions: These meetings will not discuss normative content or count towards/against
voting rights. We agreed that Chairs are authorised to do this at their
discretion.
