Timely reminder. No we have not. Thanks.
However, this could be complicated. If you check, youâll see that the TC no longer has a quorum of members. We are meeting this Friday
if you can join (or send us a TC process expert) to map out how we come to a position where we could reconfirm our charter etc, that would be handy.
We have been holding monthly heart beat calls for about a year and a half since the main work finished. There are some ideas for further
work on the horizon (i.e. not really in a position to disband), but no urgency at this time.

As a reminder, all TCs need to periodically review their charter and (re)elect their Chairs. The details are spelled out in the message.
Have you taken action on these requirements yet? If not, is there anything I can do to help get it going?
