Thank you for the comment.  It is helpful for targeting
the editorial clean-up.  I realize that there is additional clean-up
that needs to be done, including ensuring that all references are cited
correctly and fully, fix typos, check consistency and appropriateness of
word usage (affect vs effect, capitalize or no capitalize, typos,
etc)
