CVRF 1.2 and Support for CVSSv3

Hi folks,

This is a reminder to please review the CVRF 1.2 schema additions
contributed by Feng Cao by Oracle, to support CVSSv3. The CVRF 1.2
schemata can be accessed at our Sandbox at:

https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/tree/master/sandbox

We will discuss the next steps and CVRF 1.2 release time-frame during
our monthly call this week (Wednesday, 25 January 2017, 01:00pm to
