Agenda for Call Tomorrow

We are having a second call this week, so we can talk through two key issues:

1) Observations (Observed Data) and Sightings 

- Does a name change help make this more distinct

- Can we go with John's Option 2?  Meaning, putting the Start/End and Count fields on Sighting?

2) Identity and Threat Actors.  

- Discuss our current design

- Sarah will talk through her design.
