We discussed a few concepts on the working call today...  I will break these up in to distinct emails.  So we can keep the discussion threads separate.

We should add the ability to filter on "added_before" not just "added_after".  It is important to note that the date added in TAXII is not related to the STIX created or modified (versioning) timestamps.  So unlike in TAXII 1.x, you would not run into a situation where content is getting added to the middle of a collection.
