STIX 2 Icon Set

As promised, I have re-touched all of my STIX 2 icons and uploaded them to my icon repo.  You can find it here:

I have added several new styles that you may find interesting and I have started adding icons for STIX 2.1 objects.  More to come.  Please note, that with this rework, I only used a single tool, unlike last time where I used two different tools.  This means, there is no longer any embedded pngs inside the graphics.  But they have all be redrawn and retouched to make them a bit cleaner.
