While this topic and its implications to threat sharing are very important, it can easily be done via a phone call / webex / gotomeeting.  

The reason for having a F2F is so we can solve hard design problems that require white boards, supporting drawings, and live interactions, all the things that are impossible to do via phone calls and email.  

Briefings and summaries are best done via phone calls or emails.
