Hello All,

I'll be in the air during tomorrow's meeting on my way to California.  Hal/Sarah, would you please run the meeting and get an update on our action items from last week, as well as get some updates on our joint Framework work and update the group on our progress with the IT Services Management focus.  I believe that the use cases were to be a focal point this week, so let's ensure that we're solid there and plan to get a followup from the preceding Framework meeting immediately prior to our meeting...
