Use Cases: 
CIM- The TC discussed the possible changes to the CIM standards and possible DCML dependency. CIM good at system level and DCML would build relationships between CIM instances. CIM would result in a plug-in (loosely woven interface) 
Microsoft - SDM dependent that targets inter-relationship between Microsoft and others. Darrel has a little bit of documentation regarding SDM, which will be used to help build out this use case model. 
Models that contrast to CIM - Multiple models that people use. DCML Utility Computing elements however is inclusive of more of the environment. 
Interface Use Case: How DCML would couple and interface with existing standards and popular proprietary elemental management tools.

Charter Discussion: eTOM / ITIL relationship - would like to get a hybrid of eTOM that does a direct substation of SYD - ITIL doesn't have a substation so DCML would try to fill this role.Takes configuration from more then asset management

DCML requirements document - an initial version was loosely constructed. Flush out the requirements (i.e. use case from the ITIL processes - how does the DCML model support this)
