Gershon moved to accept previous meetings with Pauls clarifications. JoAnn seconded and none objected.

Action Item 10: JoAnn created a template in Word and sent it to the list.

Action Item 9: Kristen added articles to dita.xml.org . JoAnn suggested adding links to the articles in TCs home page. 

The TC has 3 approved documents. We need them in OASIS approved format before they can be sent to Mary McRae for publishing in the TCs web site. 

Rodolfo will add a section for approved documents to the TC home page. Kris and JoAnn will work together on adding links to documents already stored in KAVI.

Gershon will try to create a plugin for the Open Toolkit that allows publishing DITA file in OASIS approved format.

Kris summarized current status of Architectural Specification review. She expects reviews to be ready on October 26th. 

Gershon invited all members to collaborate with the review of the Architectural Specification 1.2. Members that are not part of DITA TC should send comments to the DITA Adoption TC mailing list and messages will be then forwarded to DITA TC by members that participate in both committees.

Kris will create a wiki page for signing up as reviewers and will forward the link to the TC.

Sowmya reviewed Kristens article on conref push and sent feedback to the list. Kris will try to add more information on use scenarios. JoAnn suggested preparing an article where all referencing mechanisms are explained and uses cases are provided.
