Need to correct list of expository work on the TC's public page

The list of expository work at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=dita-adoption needs correction:

1. It's missing a link to Marc Speyer's article at  http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/36619/domain_and_topic_integration_v0_4.pdf
2. The URLs for the feature articles about Task Model and Acronym Best Practices can only be accessed by TC members. Here are the correct, externally-accessible URLs:
