I'm not sure that it follows from a "tool that supports DITA" that it has to be able to use OASIS XML catalogs. In fact, I'm not sure how catalog support is required to "support your DITA specializations". I'm a big supporter of catalogs including OASIS XML catalogs, so I am not objecting to the mention, but perhaps the wording needs to be adjusted to avoid implying that translations in particular and DITA in general cannot be supported without support for XML catalogs. paul
