Draft of First Article Summing Up My Findings and Recommendations from the DITA Listening Sessions

Hello everyone:

Please find attached a Word file outlining my thoughts and recommendations based on what came out of the DITA Listening sessions in Boston.

This will likely be a blog post on the IXIASOFT website first, but I am open to having this also be an article posted by the DITA Adoption Committee if you see fit. (It definitely doesn't fit into the standard White Paper format as it stands, and I am not sure it really can be; am open to suggestions on this front).

Am circulating this for comments/changes prior to publication as a blog piece. Note that this is the first of two, and possible three similar-sized articles on this topic.
