February 15 2010 Regular Meeting Minutes

 Michael summarized a recent dialogue with OASIS, which has asked the SC to resume using the OASIS wiki and email systems for BusDocs SC business and to ensure that all SC members are also members of OASIS and of the DITA TC.

 Ann said that she would transfer working documents to the BusDocs SC wiki working documents (use cases, analyses, etc).

 Rob requested clarification concerning individual member contributions and intellectual property rights. The SC decided to invite Mary McRae to the next meeting to answer questions about SC policies and procedures, particularly with respect to usage of OASIS technical infrastructure and intellectual property rights over member material.

 As a follow-up to last meeting Michael will join the Pharma SC and Bruce has joined the Adoption SC.

 The consensus of the SC members present was that the SC has a very important role to play in promoting awareness and co-ordination among other SCs with enterprise business scope, such as Pharma and Machinery. Efforts to define that role within the scope of the SC Charter will continue at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
