Very late but just noticed this during research

In the description of <ditavalmeta> it states that it can contain metadata such as author or navigation title. However, in the appendix (http://docs.oasis-open.org/dita/dita/v1.3/csprd01/part3-all-inclusive/contentmodels/cmltd.html#cmltd__ditavalmeta) the only structure that’s defined besides the prefix and suffix elements is <navtitle>. In fact, it looks like there’s something not quite right with the content model.
