Browse Sequence Topic Added to Wiki

Dear DITA Help subcommittee folk

I have summarised and extended our earlier discussion on browse sequences
into a page on the DITA Help Wiki at:

At our teleconference this week, Dave Resch suggested that topicgroups might
also play a role in providing "hooks" for browse sequences in the output. 

When you have the chance, could you peruse the Wiki page and see if there's
anything you'd like to add or edit or discuss?
