The files are released under an OSI Common Public License (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/cpl1.0.php), which provides a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute and sublicense the work or derivative works, in source code and object code form. If you want to provide attribution, the document was originally contributed by Heather Wymer, Swinburne University of Technology.
