(http://www.opensource.org/licenses/cpl1.0.php), which provides a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free copyright license to reproduce,
prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute
and sublicense the work or derivative works, in source code and object code
form. If you want to provide attribution, the document was originally
contributed by Heather Wymer, Swinburne University of Technology.

Tony, these files are great! Can you clarify the copyright/licensing
status of the files? For example, are they released to the public domain
so they can be used for any purpose, modified, and redistributed, or are
there restrictions?

If attribution is needed, to which group or company should it be given?
