Subject: DITA Learning Content SC wiki page

Greetings,

I updated the top-level wiki page for the DITA Learning Content
Subcommittee. It is at http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/LearningSubcommittee.

New features:
  * Created good set of links to and from DITA TC wiki home page and DITA
TC home page at OASIS. Added links to all current subcommittees from the
DITA TC wiki home page.
  * Created stubs for a few subpages for the structure of learning content.

TBD (you can help here):
  * Fill in content proposals on subpages.
  * Create a subpage for the agenda.

Best wishes,

Bruce
