1) Phased design plan with timeframes now posted on our SC 
   documents page, in DITA, HTML, and PDF.

2) Call for leads for the topic-type design teams

What does a topic-type team and lead do?
- Assembles a team and convenes meetings
- Collects sample content
- Reviews and revises the overview description for the topic 
  type
- Develops a table of the specialized DITA elements needed 
  to support the topic type
- Develops DITA content samples for the topic type
- Drafts the specification for the topic type

Timeframe
- March: Form teams, collect content samples, 
  revise overviews, start identifying elements needed
- April: Develop table of needed elements, start developing 
  DITA content samples, work with John to develop DTD 
  modules
- May: Review and finalize design, develop DTD and Schema 
  modules, build sample default outputs, and develop first 
  draft of specification for the topic type
- June/July: Review and revise the topic type specification.
- August: Complete final draft of the specification for the 
  topic type.

We have six learning topic types to design, and need a lead for each.

3) Introduction to specialization and a look at an 
   initial design for the Learning Overview topic type.

   To get us started, let's take a 2-minute introduction to 
   specialization and have a look at a sample specialization 
   design for the Learning Overview topic type.
